“yoga” has been passed from teacher to student, teacher to student, teacher to student ~~ A wise mentor (of mine) once said (while holding his index finger & thumb one-inch from the other) – “You need KNOW only ‘this much’ more than someone else …and…. you are helping them on their path.” He used the word “KNOW” in the sense that experience gives TRUTH to the guidance. With this in mind, we offer our students “In-Class” and “One-On-One Private” guidance with three wonderful people whose hearts and life experiences through their yoga practice have guided them to devote helping others on their path ~~
