Dear Potential Participant,
My name is Lauren Woolley, and I am a doctoral student in the Counseling Psychology program at Texas Woman’s University. I am currently conducting my dissertation research and would appreciate your assistance. I am investigating the relationship between physical activity, women’s attitudes towards their bodies, and well-being. I am hoping the results of this study will provide valuable information to mental health professionals, medical professionals, and young women. I would appreciate your help with completing my study.
Participants must be women between the ages of 18-25. Participation in this study will take approximately 25 minutes and is completely voluntary. No identifying information will be linked with the research data collected from this study. Interested participants should log onto PsychData, and type in #124202. Participants who complete the survey will have the opportunity to enter a drawing for a $100 gift certificate to Amazon.com. I will also make the results of this study available to participants if desired.
