Suze — You and your expert staff have helped me dramatically change my health issues:

I have a congenital heart disease called Hypertropic Cardiomyopathy. In 1990 — at only 34 years of age — I underwent my 1st open-heart surgery. And, in 1991, I received a pacemaker to help manage my irregular heart beats.

The bottom chamber (of my heart) beats at a completely different rhythm than the upper; the AV Valve (Aorta) has weakened and allows much “regurgitation” into the lower chamber; my heart has grown too large to compensate for the congenital defect, which is now a major issue because it is pressing firmly into my lungs, leaving me “additionally” diagnosed with hypertensive lungs — which is very, very serious.

Next year, in 2008, I undergo a 2nd open-heart surgery procedure which will help control my on-going symptoms (shortness of breath, blue lips, etc.) and make my prognosis more optimistic.

I have been attending Dynamic Power Yoga PLUS! for two years now:

Unknowingly, my body was holding a lot of water over my heart, lungs and vital organs; and, your classes are increasing my body’s ability to release the water pressure from these areas — WOW!

I have increased circulation in my hands and feet; My overall body temperature is warmer; My muscles are warmer; and, at 51, my periods are returning; my hormones are regaining balance — and this all helps to ward off osteoporosis. My core strength has increased; and, my stamina has increased on many different levels.

I am no longer afraid of anybody or anything; and, I am much more tolerant of disagreeable people.

Like all my DPYP! sweat-mates, I experience an increase in clarity of life - colors and smells; I experience an overall “sense of well being”.

Even with open-heart surgery in my very near future, I feel so strong, confidant and happy!
